    Why is it taking so long to give the results of a poll?

    Nothing on ASX and nothing on HC, seems rather odd when all it takes is to count the proxies for goodness sake.

    Maybe they need to track down the missing directors to sign off on it although, if they were not in attendance it would be the Chairman anyway.

    Too full of themselves methinks.
