Barra, no there are not ways to 'appear' legal when it comes to contracts. If a contract is signed it has a date on it. Let me throw it back at you, do you seriously believe that OBJ would ask a conglomerate to sign a future date on a contract? For what purpose? I don't really understand why they would hold back such an important announcement. There are dodgy companies out there on the ASX, I would hope, and firmly believe that OBJ isn't one of them.
For the record, I don't believe there will be an announcement of a signed deal before the AGM. What deal are we specifically referring to by the way?
