Thanks for the reminder, and for sharing your sentiments. I agree with much of what you say, and have just voted.
I reckon management have done a good job overall, but enough is enough, plus I would hope to see a team effort rewarded. Seems they need to be told by shareholders where the limits are.
I voted against Withnall, thank to your comments which I agree with. Also voted against res 1 and 6, abstained on 5.
Voted for Handley. Also voted for Li, as to ensure we get value from GRAM's involvement we do need a GRAM nominee on the board imo.
I hope others also make the small effort to vote. Even if the holdings are small, management will probably note and reflect on any large numbers of against votes.
