IMO this letter is pretty arrogant. He does not even concede that the shareholders requisition has been brought about on the Basis of frustration.

Nowhere in this letter does he show any real leadership telling us anything about the strategy. He just tells us that Mr Coe has made substantial contributions so please vote him again and that these two guys run some newsletter and as such are not qualified to be directors of this large and complex business.

I am voting to not reelect Coe and will vote to put these Intelligent Investor guys on as directors and will vote against any and every resolution re current directors and their remuneration.
