Wouldn't shock me either, but I expect POG in AUD to continue to hold much better than in USD and it could just as easily go up if the AUD falls quicker than POG in USD terms.
That won't surprise me at all so our goldies have less reason to fall- other than fear- compared to their US counterparts.
