Reading through the AGM notice I couldn't help but notice the substantial quantity of options being issued to Simon and the company directors.
Whilst I'm not against giving management significant monetary incentives, these options won't expire for 4 years and have an exercise price only 6% above SAU's current close. If this issue was genuinely to provide a 'carrot' for management, you'd expect the exercise price to be much higher and the expiry to be in < 2 years.
