It absolutely stinks. Its more of a reward than an incentive.
Its up to the small retailer to vote these down. The SI's who have backed the company recently arent going to vite them down. They were offered more shares and options after they missed out in the shortfall. The word pandering comes to mind.
Vote the resolutions down people. And send Simon some email feedback prior to the agm.
