Just thinking why so short a conversion price?
If FAR was to be bought out then most likely the offer would be for FPO's only.
Option holders covert or lose them. This is quite common.
At a cheap price ie 7c it is not that difficult to come up with the cash to covert.
If say 20c he would have to pay $1.2m to convert.
Not easy to have that sort of surplus cash about even if the FPO price is $1.00.
Just a possibility and I am not ramping an early sale. Bowerboy would cut me to pieces.
