At $1m a year, I can't say that I was that impressed by him especially considering that he ran away from TZ. I hope that he has been made aware that he owes TZ and it's shareholders, and takes what he is given when it comes to salary. Having said that, I also do think that he has the ability to deliver and look forward to seeing what he brings.
