    Shareholders should note Biota DID NOT set the date for the AGM and the resolutions to be voted by shareholders with the release of the annual report. WHY?

    I remember someone posted on HC that PC's term as CEO is expiring. Is PC using the shareholders briefings to gauge whether his CEO contract be extended?

    What is causing the delay to the calling of the AGM?
