Of course BTA is holding an AGM and a range of resolutions will be put to shareholders.
There is an obligation to lodge the Notice of meeting and provide it to shareholders in sufficient time for the statutory notice period to be provided. I think that is 28 days, but am not 100% sure.
There is a separate obligation to lodge with ASX - a longer period before the meeting - details of the time and place where the meeting will be held. BTA has already done that - as noted.
Quite separately - there seems to be a growing presumption that BTA is going to up stumps and head to the USA in conjunction with a possible future NASDAQ listing. Now, I don't know exactly what the company has said about these plans - but even if a NASDAQ listing is proposed, this does not necessarily mean that the company will move its head office, or appoint new senior management. They might choose to do this, but they also might not.
