Thanks for the agm update chairs. Interesting the legal update. The tax dept sued Jones a couple of years back when he tried to pull a swifty transferring ATIF shareholding into his super fund. Jones hired Stephen Russell ( who is representing all 4 of them now) and filed a defence. The upshot was the tax dept sought a summary judgement. They argued Jones had poor prospects of success at trial. The Commissioner for State Revenue were awarded $54k plus costs. I have been told that Jones was spotted in seat 1A on a recent domestic flight. He still lives in denial and has plenty of shareholder money tucked away.
