Short term, things may continue to be difficult, but sometimes you have to look at the strategic health of a company (MLB fine) and its strategic placing in the market place.

Short term worries:
resignation of their COO:

after more than 10 years of highly valued service with the company to take up

Now this guy according to the CEO was his right hand man, and the two made a great team.

2nd problem:
they had some problem with their servers which caused clients to not be able to access their systems for a couple of days earlier this year (sorry im not a IT guru, and i cant find the sourced article on a google search)

3rd problem:
GFC, especially on small businesses which are currently trying to survive rather than expand or grow, which effects their willingness to spend money on IT.

To me these are tactical negatives, rather than strategic negatives.

Buy the time these issues are resolved for better or worse it will be reflected in the market price.

So you have a choice, but cheaper, but with these tactical negative issues, or buy expensive when the market likes the stock again.
