"I learnt quickly, mining and other stocks arent my niche"
Me, too. I suppose there is some science to mining stocks but, to me, they seem like a gamble because I don't know much. Either a mine turns out good or it doesn't.
With tech, there is at least some science and data you can look at to see if the tech has any merit. Plus. with biotech, there is the feel good factor that the investment is helping the world instead of building bombs or fighter jets or whatever.
