Thanks for bringing to attention Madmuz.

From what I understand, the 39.5 million shares placed in October 2010, have already been paid for and allotted. Some of them are probably the shares which were traded today. Water under the bridge. Nothing can be done about them.

Resolution 2 cited in the EGM notice requests shareholder approval of a further 18,833,333 shares. I am skeptical whether this resolution will be passed considering today's closing price. I don't think shareholders will pass it.
