Just for the sake of completeness, a possible reason why there is only one director standing at the AGM may well be for the following reason.

Currently 6 directors, deduct RC as he does not need to stand as he is MD and get removed from the equation.

Then there were 5, remove Mr Askin as he is possibly going fishing.

Then there were 4, remove Mr Whittle and lets say he is going fishing with Mr Askin.

Then there were 3, so there you have it Mr Dunmore is the 1/3 of the balance, so only need for him to stand.

Final effect, a board of 4 or if Mr Dunmore get removed then its a board of 3.
