agm announcement

It suprises me that in the AGM announcement there is nothing there in regards to raising capital for ARH. I spoke with ARH about 6 weeks ago in regards to capital available for the company and the need to raise finance, yet still no announcement on how they intend to raise this capital.

With Resourcehouse listing soon you would have to think that this may be the reason why there has been no announcement yet on how arh will raise capital. When Palmers RDI made an offer, the ARH board was going to run the iron ore division, so hopefully palmer still has this in the grand plan.

Now that ARH has all but had environmental approval, the only thing stopping the project now is the finance. If ARH is included in palmers new company then the project will definately get off the ground. IPO's in China have been fairly successful of late, so a similiar offer from Resourcehouse would be a step in the right direction for shareholders, especially if it was somewhere near the last offer.

Whether or not this happens only time will tell, but at the moment I certainly wouldn't be selling my shares in the company.
