so bootleg, what do make about tushi's comments in regards to not going through with the rest of the vend?

Even the previous directors, who are still on the other boards, said they were in the best interests of the copmanies shareholders. Things seem very conflicted as you say we should go with the new crew, but they may not go through with a vend you obviously support.
