    I'll give it a try.
    Say for example you have 10000 shares that will entitle you to 1000 contributing shares (1 new share for every 10 you hold) at 30c.
    You will need to pay 10c on application another 10c Nov 2009 and a final 10c Nov 2010.
    Is this right guys/girls?
