Am considering an investment in CRC but note ~14m votes against...

    Am considering an investment in CRC but note ~14m votes against Derek Fischer being re-appointed as a director and ~27m in favour (from memory). Pretty big negative vote considering he represents CRCs maor shareholder.

    ANybody have any thoughts as to why - or any body vote agaist that resolution and care to share their thougts?

    It worries me making an investment where there may be some potential board turmoil or negativity against a director.
