    I just do not understand how the directors of CGT can recommend an all script takeover by a foreign listed company whose share price, on EPS basis, is at stratospheric heights and appears to be held in place entirely by smoke and mirrors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
