Daft question.

Why was Egan left out of this AGM in light of director renumeration etc ?

Surely they would have known that he was a candidate before the release of the AGM notice.

It has the removal/ resignation of Smith.

Maybe something happened in the interim which shifted his sentiment and prompted him to take a more direct role in CVI.

Not trying to start a conspiracy.
