1Bacchus I'm not sure what may lead you to believe that Ian Egan is excluded.
Item number 4 on the Agenda asks for an increase in directors fees from $90,000 per year to $240,000 per year. A 260% pay increase based on the current number of directors (although, later in the report it request an increase from $150k to $240k.)
The $240k is a pooled amount so the board will determine who gets what. Egan's remuneration will come from that $240k.
Fees for any extra directors will also come from this $240k amount.
The vast majority of MS's remuneration is not included. The way I understand it he gets an additional $380,000 on top of this.
