Hi folks--sorry, have been away in the big smoke attending AGM,s forEXM,AGU,GPN,YRR and ORT. Also copped a weeks suspension(unfair and unreasonable imo) on the EXM thread .
Be that as it may,my thoughts on the AGM and discussion with various people after the meeting are
1.thought Remta did a great job in nailing the interjecting Sanders
2.Taylor never fronted(a very weak performance)but at least Brennan did.
3.the 32% of Amitan(held by Grand Ent and Meroliza) were allowed in the votes. The balance(68%) was not.Not surprising as the majority of the 68% would have voted against Aberdeen St. This is why imo, the 68% did not make it onto the agenda.
4.Am happy Aberdeen St has lost control and that the new people know what they are doing.
5.Remta has excellent overseas contacts.
6.am really concerned that Aberdeen St, still has considerable shareholding,but the new people have some ideas about changing that.
I spoke to Remta,Quinn,Geary,Drewitt,Brennan and other shareholders(large and small)to come to these conclusions--cheers
