I recently spoke with VDM CFO David Coyne and asked if management was planning to buy shares at current prices, thus demonstrating confidence in the company.

He was unable to answer on behalf of others (though he did point out, as did the chairman in today's address that further remuneration is tied to profitability) and I accept that.

I was not able to attend the AGM, but if I had I would have asked each member of the board if they felt that the current share price undervalued the company and if so would they be buying more shares.

Did anyone ask this question or a similar question, and what was gleaned from management on this issue?
