It is rather ironic that Elliott has set up a business to sue directors on behalf of shareholders that he believes have breached continuous disclosure rules, he should sue himself on behalf of Haw's shareholders.
Also did you know years ago that Haw had the chance to get a very good mining executive but instead of taking him on,Elliott made himself MD, the reason MD's don't come for up for rotation every 2 years, Looking after himself not the company.
