    ZFX just issued profit guidence on continuing operations, which comes to about 80 cents EPS for the year, which is hopeless.

    AGM at US$16K nickel at 8,500 tonnes production can add 12 cents EPS to ZFX's earnings.

    ZFX should offer $1.30, given they are desperate and $1.30 is a safe price.

    At US$25K a tonne, AGM can add 20 cents to earnings.
