I'd be surprised if there was a NDA for attendees though. The technical presentation could be seen and heard on the live webcast of the AGM (although it was edited out of the recording). I only caught snatches of that presentation as I was at work, but I don't remember having to sign any NDA when logging in. I might not have been paying attention to fine print though...
