PRR's AGM is usually held mid-November.
My guess is, we will be asked to ratify the selection and appointment of a new company chairman, as part of the business of that meeting. The timing would fit.
We have also yet to be notified of who the new director appointee selected by Ridgeback is. It's possible we may have the opportunity to meet him/her for the first time, at the AGM. Could be a good opportunity for some background on our biggest shareholder and their intentions.
