The licensing pathway is the only logical way to proceed with this tech.

If they were to manufacture their own products with the chips contained within it would be very difficult to gain enough market share to earn serious dollars.

It's just an absolutely fascinating situation that Xped find themselves in with everything ready to go.

Which way does this go from here?

It's very obvious what the ideal situation will be:

They sign a contract with a large corporation such as LG to deploy the chips within their products. This will no doubt start the domino effect with other manufacturers likely to sign up which will eventuate in mass adoption of the tech, a very nice royalty stream and a share price well north of here.

Then once a big player such as Apple or Google realise just how revolutionary this tech is going to be they will snap the company up for an amount that has nine zeros attached. I think a takeover offer will only be made once these big boys are convinced that the tech will be adopted on a mass global scale.

It will be intriguing to see just how Xped and the chip manufacturer collaborate so that these events transpire.

Will a smaller manufacturing company start the ball rolling by adopting the tech in their products?

One things for sure though given that everything is ready to market today the next few months will be probably the most important time period in the development of this company. Given this fact when they go into suspension for a couple months eventually the amount of newsflow that could be released during this non-trading period could be so vast that the share price gaps up a ridiculous amount on re-quotation. Something to think about regarding the decision to hold or sell during the suspension period.
