Agree Mac, absolutely great to mull things over with people of a similar ilk, mindset and interests.
IMO you have to speak face to face with the execs of the companies you throw a reasonable amount of cash at. It’s the only way to get a true feeling of the type of characters they really are.
Very happy with the LTR and MI6 teams. Well worth the trip to be at the AGMs.
Speaking of trips , we are still not back home after leaving Perth yesterday morning.
Long story short, I believe the airlines in this country are currently in a world of hurt. They are having trouble coping with everyday aviation related occurrences.
We are currently in the Brisbane Virgin lounge waiting on a Qantas flight, operated by Alliance to fly our last leg home. After about 2 hours sleep last night. Humorous, but also slightly ridiculous. Won’t bore with the story.
Lucky we are still on a high from having such a great 8 days in Perth and surrounds and enjoying the company of some great people.
