Entertaining couple of hours for some. Very disconcerting for others (we had mainly others), not helped by the minimal flow of information from the Flight Deck to the back end crew and passengers. There's always time for a few quick words to the passengers to provide assurance's that the situation is in hand and normal procedures for the conditions are being carried out in conjunction with Air Traffic Control. Does wonders for the stress levels.
Good luck with the return journey when it actually gets underway.
As golden6 said "The only thing that really matters is that you are all safe." Amen to that.
Australian Aircrew are some of the most highly trained and proficient you'll find anywhere in the world IMO.
