Personally I wasn't too fussed about the lack of a SPP. The costs just dont make good business sense at this point imo.
But it is a sign of a great management team (who reads Hot Copper, lol) to be upfront and inform holders as to why a SPP wasn't part of the CR. They saw some holders showing concern, so they go out of their way to let us know the reason why.
Not many companies bother to communicate with retail holders like that.
