Being on the board, I can only presume that AK has got access to information that normal investors do not. I would assume that this trade was very carefully timed for various reasons. It's also possible that AK needed the 255k for another project or something else. At the end of the day he's disclosed the information that he is required to and everything else is pure speculation.
I have met AK on a few occasions and he didn't strike me as dodgy, he might have been in the past, but he certainly seems like a straight guy.
