Whilst I have voted down all the resolutions except re election of directors, I do feel a bit for Nick knowing he has been through a very difficult time no doubt this year, due to the personal tragedy he experienced.
Yet from the outside he seems to have picked himself up and continued on whilst dealing with it and handling the grief of his kids too.
This episode easily change ones perspective about where his focus could and should be, hopefully this time next year we will all be happy to vote yes to incentives for all the Alexium staff
