I've commented on HC before that that both you and Pinto are smart cookies, but between the two of you it is your posts that really shine. Tongue in cheek, I think I said words to the effect that: I hope Pinto is good looking because you clearly out class him in the brains department.
I think any organization would be privileged to have you. This is on merit.
Personally I think identity politics has no place in the board room (or anywhere else for that matter). I appreciate that various organizations push that line with the best of intentions but I don't believe everyone else should be pressured to subscribe to it. Neither do I believe that people should be branded anti- simply because the don't subscribe to identity politics.
