Wow, @Parsifal - what a meticulously assembled document. You have successfully presented your (and my!) reasons for questioning the proposed remuneration and current board structure. And you've done it in an unambiguous yet extremely sensitive way, paying due regard to the respect we have for the individual incumbents, particularly the CEO. If the board were to seek to appoint a new female member to their ranks, I can think of nobody better than your good self! But I do understand the workload that would impose on you - when time spent enjoying the serenity of the garden seems so enticingly attractive!
I seriously doubt that anyone else could have stated our position (and that of many others) with such a well reasoned, fully researched statement. Thank you for all your efforts. They are greatly appreciated!!
