rivanda, I think that the hearing on 15 Dec is just a formality where they set a date for a full scale hearing and tell the judge how long they expect it to take. AGS and Quasar will then hopefully agree on a hearing date of Jan 2010. I think AGS has foreshadowed the hearing will take 2 days.

To my knowledge of court matters that is the usual way of things. I am open to be corrected by those of better knowledge ...
