Dicey, the problem to me seems that whilst a larger company can often make a good estimate on the lifespan of the oil supply...PPP cannot. Thus whilst they currently have a high EPS, they may not next year and the year after- who knows...High Risk. They must explore and find other supplies...

The time taken on giving the correct information in relation to the Vietnam block is of concern to me. It would not be acceptable in a larger organisation.
