Have the BOD ever shared with investors the post mortem they will have done on their Dargue acquisition ?
Why do the chairman's written words show no responsibility for the board and senior leadership team awful capital allocation to Dargue?
Why would they recruit KPMG at their assumed exorbitant costs who will then probably go off and employ expensive people or third parties with industry expertise. Doesn't AMI already know how to manage their own business ? Does the company not have those skills already on the payroll already?
What was the real reason the company moved its Head office?
Why not in the interest of shareholders commission merchant bankers to sell the company to a much bigger and better funded experienced and knowledgeable operator who doesn't make amateur operational and capex mistakes ?
When are the board and senior leaders going to put substantial amounts of their own real money into investing in the company's shares by buying on market?
PS I remain a very disappointed long term shareholder who has bought at prices much higher than this.
