Back at the AGM we were advised that Jinchuan was giving up half of the Convertible Notes.

Why has there been no follow-up announcement confirming those Notes have now been converted to debt and the debt restructured? This is extremely important & Jinchuan must not renege on the deal. albidon action are applying pressure daily to ensure we get this resolved to our satisfaction for the benefit of the shareholders.

We have to get the half already agreed to signed off in law. Of course we are also going after the rest of them amongst other things!
