I am holding a decent parcel (6 digits) since 3C and haven't sold a single share. Every start up biotech company has two options either to take it all the way from trials to commercialization OR from trials to sell. A single product company will struggle managing their funding as they progress through the trials but for IMU whichever way you look at it, you are in good position as company is working on multiple products and will have option to sell few and keep the funding for the rest OR sell all based on how good the data is and how big the offer is.
Re Capital Gain, that 50% discount can be a few hundred thousand $$ if (sorry when) this rocket takes off.
