Hello ST it's been a while.
Wonder why they've pushed out the AGM date a further month ? I'd hazard a guess that they really don't want to hold it to a room full of shareholders without the next deal secured, so Mondays probably cutting it bit fine, of course November can't be guaranteed but much better chances - good/safe move on managements end ?
It also makes cash position safe at this point imo, for the same reason they may not wish to hold the AGM without the next deal they'd also no wish to to hold it to a room full of SH's after heading back to market for bank roll.
