I suspect there will be a notice for that in the next week or so as any voting matter I understand will need a month for the share holders to consider.
As for matters to vote on, I can speculate that one will definitely not be on the agenda is a TO, as we now have a big brother to help us thru this uncertain period of PE and post SNE6 drilling AND EXPANSION.

On the subject of PE, which was temporarily forgotten for other more exciting that were happenings last week or so, what if FAR could do a deal with CNOOC for the on selling of say 30% of SNE on a 2C reserve based price ($4.00/b will do), in return, help us thru the PE period. Now this perhaps will be required to be voted on.
