What patents do they actually have? I think the technology will follow JW. Don't you think the base metals deposit would have already been sold if it had any real value?
As for the scrap value of the plant. Alot of the major items are cira 10 years old. So by the time you take out the costs marketing, sales and removal, then make good on site.
Not sure if there would be much if anything left.
