Spare a thought for Patina Resources who with another partner sold Penny West to Spectrum and has seen its shareholding lose approximately $8million, since this litigation came SPX's way.
Now, surely, they only need to say our preference was to sell to SPX for myriad reasons and confirm when those discussions took place, case over one would think.
