dont know about strategy to win customers through a price strategy in insurance! I would have thought that was what "youi" was doing!
Iwould have thought they really had no strategy to deal with youi or real - they havent even participated in the battle -mind you they had a lot of high claim years and were busy with that, but; they could have made this (their big claims payouts) a big selling point! they certainly werent too mean from what I have heard!
I did see a few adds saying that suncorp was the insurer for qld because of its high incidence of storms etc; but they let a big point of differentiation go by, in terms of they actually pay out when they are supposed to; adn sometimes even when there was an out for them , i heard of suncorp coming good!
