Of note is the massive vote against the Chairman.

But he may not give a damn because those that abstained from voting for the remuneration report may have voted for him.

And then the Chairman wrote that it was the low share price that is to blame for the defeat of the remuneration report, which was good for a good laugh.

I do not believe that any of the Board want the KNP but keep a brave face.

Any activity with Direct Nickel, IMO, is dead for Heron would have moved long time ago to secure a deal of some kind.

And it will be interesting to see if Heron Board throw more money by taking up the renounce able issue announced recently for the A1 gold mine, on top of the approximately $10,000,000 already spent.

Now that the AGM is over, woukd the Chairman and Managing Director be buying on market, or they now do not believe the share price at 13.5 cents is cheap compare to approximately 16cents paid.
