I'm genuinely concerned they'll continue to dilute us to oblivion by their downright refusal to change their marketing approach to the investment community despite the obvious destruction of the shareprice / market cap of the company. The lower the MC, the harder it is to raise the required funds to keep the lights on.
When resolution 6 was withdrawn, Ewen was genuinely concerned it'd make it difficult for them to raise the required funds.

Get some new investors on board. Not traders related to your broker! Genuine investors who are drawn to the technology and want to be a part of the next big Australian success story
With a stronger shareprice you'll find it much easier to raise capital and you'll find your loyal shareholders will support it.
Having the SP in a strong uptrend around 40c and then killing it by announcing a ridiculous SPP at 2.5 with a crazy option structure and then dropping a 2c placement on us just before an AGM with zero marketing?? what the $@%%$% are you thinking? it's insane.
Every word I've ever written here I'll never take back. I'm still feeling disgusted by Ewen's response to Peter's question. Their arrogance leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and it scares me. Arrogance has no place in business. Confidence? YES! Arrogance? NO!
The company is worth a lot more than $50m. It's hard to put a value on the IP. $500m? $1bn? $10bn?
It's like selling a Da Vinci painting to a dodgy art dealer for $20m and you might think that's a great result but there is someone out there who would've paid $400m for it
The fact many loyal long term shareholders were missing from the AGM yesterday should be a wake up call to management but it probably won't be
