Now that the dust has settled here are my thoughts after watching it online.

At 2 cents they could buy all the way up to $2 and its still a bargain.

I am glad I voted "NO" for everything and now the power has sifted to the little guy/girl shareholder.
That's right we now have a seat at the table across from Merc, BMW, Ferrari and yet to be announced Porsche.
The race is on them and management now knows we are in the drivers seat.
We need Fabian to hit the ground running and close deals with David, they have 14 days to do this before SPP ends as a flop.
If it does then management and board should be paid in stock options only instead of wages to conserve capital.
